Travel Awards

The Organizing Committee is pleased to provide travel award for graduate students, and postdoctoral trainees. These awards are designed to support and mentor the careers of young scientists to present their work at this premier international conference on Lipid Mediators in Health and Disease.

The awards will be given to successful applicants who meet the criteria:

• Must be registered to attend the conference and submitted the abstract before application.
• Collect and assemble the following documents as a PDF file and email to the address below:

1. A letter seeking the ERF/WEC Travel Award that clearly and concisely states the needs and benefits of attending the conference (one page limit).
2. A letter from the department Chairman (or other appropriate University/Research institution official) confirming the graduate student or postdoctoral Fellow status.
3. The abstract submitted for the conference.
4. Three letters of recommendation (not exceeding one page each). One of the recommendation letters must be from the applicant’s mentor.

Deadline for the receiving all information for the Travel Awards competition: August 5, 2025

Application and recommendation letters must be sent via email to awards@bioactivelipids.org

The winners MUST be present in person to receive the awards.
